DIVISIONS & RULES

One arena, six events, and a clear set of rules. Know your division and how the scoring works before you compete.

Divisions

Athletes compete within divisions so results are fair and competitive:

  • Rx — the full competition standard for experienced athletes.
  • Scaled — adjusted standards for athletes building toward Rx.
  • Masters (40+) — for veteran competitors, scored within their age group.

You select your division during registration and may adjust it up to check-in, subject to availability.

The Six Events

Every athlete completes all six events: Sprint, Agility, Bear Crawl, Push-Ups, Lunges, and the Championship Gauntlet. Each event has its own movement standards that judges will brief before competition begins.

Scoring

Athletes earn points in each event based on placement within their division. Points are tallied across all six events to produce an overall ranking. The Championship Gauntlet carries the highest point weighting and can decide the podium.

Movement Standards & Judging

Certified judges score each athlete and ensure every repetition meets the standard. Incomplete or no-rep movements will not count. Judges' decisions are final on the competition floor.

Fair Play

Unsportsmanlike conduct, interference with other athletes, or attempts to circumvent the standards may result in penalties or disqualification without refund. Compete with discipline and respect.
