- 8:30 AMHeats BeginSprint, Agility, Bear Crawl, Push-Ups, and Lunges run throughout the morning and afternoon.
- 1:00 PMMidday ResetRecovery window, vendor village, and live leaderboard updates.
- 3:00 PMChampionship GauntletTop athletes from each division face the final, highest-stakes event.
- 5:00 PMPodium & AwardsChampions crowned, prizes awarded, and the day closes strong.
