TERMS OF SERVICE

You must be at least 18 years old to register, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit and medically cleared to participate in a high-intensity athletic competition.

Registration is a flat fee of $99 per athlete and is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By registering, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fee. Your spot is personal to you and may not be transferred or resold without our written consent.

Registration fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If Tribal Games cancels the event in its entirety and does not offer a rescheduled date, we will provide a refund of your registration fee. If the event is postponed, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date.

Participation in Tribal Games involves inherent risks of physical injury. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree to the separate Waiver & Liability release, which you must accept before competing. You participate at your own risk.

Athletes, spectators, and vendors are expected to act with respect and integrity. We may remove any participant from the event, without refund, for unsafe behavior, harassment, cheating, or violation of event rules or applicable law.

By attending or competing, you grant Tribal Games the right to capture and use photographs and video of the event — which may include your likeness — for promotional and commercial purposes, without further compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tribal Games LLC and its organizers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the event. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site or participation in the event constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
