Every athlete must read and accept this release before competing. It explains the risks of participation and the responsibilities you accept by entering the arena.

Last Updated — June 15, 2026

Assumption of Risk

Tribal Games is a high-intensity athletic competition involving running, crawling, body-weight movements, and physical exertion. Participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, heat-related illness, and other injuries. By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.

Medical Fitness Acknowledgment

You confirm that you are physically fit, have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation, and have been cleared by a physician if you have any doubt. You agree to stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or distress during the event.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Tribal Games LLC, its organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.

Emergency Medical Treatment

You authorize event staff and medical personnel to administer first aid and, if necessary, arrange emergency medical transport on your behalf. You are responsible for any medical costs incurred.

Accepting the Waiver

You will be asked to review and accept this Waiver & Liability release as part of your registration and check-in. Acceptance is required to compete. If you are registering on behalf of a minor, a parent or legal guardian must accept on their behalf.
